Ashton Whitty and Asia Argento
Ashton Blaise Whitty, born on the 1st of October, 1995 was raised in Berkeley, California. She is an actor well-known for her roles in Choices (2010, The Heart and Other Small Shapes, 2006) and Chrissie Mair's Content House 2022.
Asia Argento began her career as an actor in Rome. She is part of a family that is also a group of film makers. She made her film debut at age nine in the film of Sergio Citti, Sogni bisogni. In 1988 she had become the main character of Cristina Comencini's Zoo and part of Michele Soavi's The Church. Following that, she played Nanni Moritti's child on screen in Red Wood Pigeon. Her career took off when she landed the role of Nanni's girl on the set of Close Friends. It was well received at the Cannes International Film Festival. Daria Argento and her mother, and one of Argento's most beloved actors Daria is an anorexic teenage girl who was searching for the killer of her parents Trauma. Asia played a role in Dario's Phantom of the Opera, the third film she directed with her dad. Two of them were Trauma as well as The Stendhal Syndrome. In 1993, she starred in Carlo Verdones Perdiamoci di vista, in which she played Arianna an athlete. It was a complex role and demanding, earning the David di Donatello for the best actor. Her 1995 work together with Michel Piccoli for Peter Del Monte's Compagna di viaggio won her the David di Donatello award, and a Grolla of Oro. Asia began the profession of directing in 1994, and made two shorts, an episode of De Generazione. The following year, 1996, Asia made a document about her father. Then, in 1998 was the year that Asia made a feature film on Abel Ferrara (AbelAsia), that was awarded an award by the Rome Film Festival. Asia directed her debut film in Scarlet Diva (1999), in which she was both the lead actress and also the creator of its screenplay. The film debuted in May 2000 in Italy as well as around the world. The film was awarded an award in Brooklyn's Williamsburg festival of film.
